Recipes Salad lunar (Yu Sheng)



                              Salad lunar (Yu Sheng)

ingredients :

Salmon fish slices 50 gr
Tuna fish slices 50 grams
Snapper fish slices 50 grams
Mackerel fish slices 50 grams
Melon 50 grams
Carrots 50 grams
Radish 50 grams
Yam 50 grams
Lemon juice 30 cc
Fish sauce 30 cc
Sesame oil 30 cc
Nuts (coarsely chopped) 30 grams
Sesame 30 grams
Wonton skins (fried) 30 grams
White Wine Vinegar 50 cc

How to make:

Wash all ingredients thoroughly

cut all the ingredients of fish, melons, carrots, turnips, and bengkoang to resemble the shape of noodles

Arrange on a serving plate, then pour the lemon juice, sesame oil, fish sauce and White Wine Vinegar evenly

Sprinkle beans, fried wonton skins and sesame seeds and serve
