Recipes Frittata spinach and shrimp rolls

                       Frittata spinach and shrimp rolls

ingredient :


2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 large red chilies, finely chopped
200 g shrimp, remove the head and tail, coarsely chopped
10 pieces of smoked chicken, thinly sliced size 4x15cm
24 stalks of chives


Mix the eggs, beat well:

6 egg whites, beaten until frothy
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
100 g parmesan cheese
100 g cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon pepper


How to make:

Heat the butter and oil, saute onion until fragrant. Enter chili, cook until wilted. Add water and stir well.

Enter the shrimp, and cook until prawns change color.

Pour the egg mixture, stirring until becoming somewhat scramble for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat and let stand for 2 minutes on the fire.

Bake in a 180 ° C oven for 40 minutes until done. Lift and let cool.

Cut frittata 4x6 cm. Wrap with chicken smoked sheets and tie the leaves of chives. Serve.
