Tortellini
Tortellini Ingredients:
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves of garlic sliced
1 cup shredded fontina cheese or 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon or 1 tsp dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups of vegetables already chopped, consisting of broccoli, carrots, peas
16 ounces frozen cheese tortellini
How to Make Tortellini:
Cook water in a saucepan.
Stir in broth and flour in a small bowl. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Add garlic and cook, stirring until browned. Enter the broth mixture into it, allow it to boil. Reduce the heat, put the cheese, tarragon, and salt.
Enter vegetables and tortellini into hot water, and cook until they are tender. Drain.
Put it in a pan together with the sauce and stir until mixed all.
Lift and serve.
