Recipe Shrimp Chili Sauce

                               Shrimp Chili Sauce

Ingridient :

1 kg of black tiger shrimp
Salt to taste
1 lemon, take the water
The oil for frying
Ingredients for prawn sauce:
5 cloves finely chopped garlic
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 vertebra ginger, finely chopped
2 leeks thinly sliced
4 tablespoons chili sauce
200 ml water
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs beaten off
5 tablespoons oil for frying chicken

How to cook shrimp chili sauce:

 Clean the prawns by removing the skin, cut back and grab the head and Kotan on his back, then wash them clean, as clean tambahakn with lime juice and salt, let stand shrimp for approximately 15 minutes
shrimp fry until reddish then remove and drain. Heat a little oil and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Extra onions, ketchup and chili sauce, stirring until blended
Enter the water then give seasoning salt, sugar, pepper, and cook until boiling. Add the eggs gradually while stirring quickly until haired, mix well. Cook until sauce thickens.
Serve the shrimp with a splash of chili sauce that is delicious and savory
