Recipe Stir-fry Meat fireworks


                                Stir-fry Meat fireworks


 ingredient :

500 grams of beef brisket, chopped
4 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
20 grains of red chili sauce intact
5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
12 red onions, thinly sliced
8 pieces of red cayenne pepper, thinly sliced
1 red tomatoes, cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons tamarind water
8 pieces of green chili, thinly sliced

How to make :

Boil the meat with water until really soft, then lift and mbil 300 ml boiled water, set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet, then enter the shallots, onions putihcabai green pepper, cayenne pepper and chili intact red in slices, stir-fry until fragrant.
After fragrant, put tomatoes and paste, stir again. Enter the beef and stir again until blended.
Season with salt, brown sugar and stir well. then enter the broth, cook until cooked and the flavors mingle.
Ahead in the lift, add the tamarind water, stir briefly and then lift and serve.
