Red Crab Sauce
Ingredients / spices:
2 crabs, cleaned, separated from the body shell, divided by two vertical body
3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
6 red onions, coarsely chopped
3 cm ginger, finely chopped
2 curly red chilies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
100 ml water
2 leeks, sliced oblique
1 tablespoon cooking oil
How to make:
Crushed claw-bites. Crab fry until it changes color. Remove and drain.
Heat the oil. Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant. Add red chili curly. Stir until wilted.
Enter the crab. Stir well. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Stir well.
Pour water. Cook, stirring occasionally until thickened. Add the leek. Let briefly and lift.
