Recipe Fried Snapper Sour Spicy


                                Fried Snapper Sour Spicy

Ingridient :

1 whole red snapper (400gr)
2 limes
cooking oil
flavour :
50 grams of red chili sauce
150 ml thick coconut milk
5 stalk spring onion, cut into 2 cm
2 lbr lime leaves
2 bay leaves
Blend:
100 gr big red chili
10 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 vertebra turmeric
1 vertebra ginger
2 tomatoes

How to make:

1. Heat oil and fry until crispy snapper, remove and drain.
2. Heat oil and saute ground spices until fragrant, put coconut milk, scallions, lime leaves and bay leaves, and cook until boiling, stirring, stirring.
3. Enter the snapper fried, salt, stir, put red chili sauce, stir, and cook until the spices to infuse.
Makes 4 servings
