Ice Bird's Nest
Ingridient :
Materials for making gelatin:
1 packet gelatin powder (red)
50 g sugar
300 ml water
Supplementary Ingridient :
300 ml lychee syrup
1 tablespoon basil
ice cubes (planed smooth) to taste
300 grams of melon (scraped to form small dots)
650 ml of water
How to make :
