Recipe GRILLED CHICKEN Taliwang

                    GRILLED CHICKEN Taliwang

Ingridient :

1 kg of chicken meat cut into pieces according to taste
1 lemon
600 ml coconut milk 300 grams of grated coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder or to taste
oil for frying spices

Blend:

12 red onions
7 cloves of garlic
5 grains of toasted hazelnut
15 pieces of curly red pepper or dried chili
1 tablespoon shrimp paste

HOW TO MAKE :

Rinse chicken, coat with lemon juice and a little salt for 30 minutes.
Heat oil and saute until fragrant spices and pour the coconut milk and stir evenly. Add chicken, salt, brown sugar and broth powder. Stir and wait until sauce thickens shrink and then turn off the heat.
Prepare and fuel burning chicken with remaining seasoning smeared earlier. Once cooked evenly ready to serve.
