CHEESE PIZZA SAUCE BARBEQUE
Pizza dough Ingredients:
200 grams of wheat flour triangle
6 grams of yeast (fermipan)
100 ml of warm water
25 ml vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Topping ingredients:
1/4 onion large sizes
1/2 red tomatoes
100 g button mushrooms
1/4 red bell pepper diced
1/4 green bell pepper diced
80 grams of thinly sliced beef and grilled with teflon without oil until it changes color
120 grams of mozzarella cheese or to taste thinly sliced
100 grams of instant barbeque sauce
HOW TO MAKE
Combine yeast, sugar and warm water in a glass and stir well then set aside up to 10 minutes and bubbly. Use tall glasses so as not overflowing or spilled.
Mix and stir the flour and salt in a container, pour the frothy yeast and stir well before returning. Enter the vegetable oil, stir and knead until the dough is smooth and does not stick to hands. Furthermore, let stand the dough for 15 minutes until fluffy.
Take basic bread pizza dough on top, pipihkan and shape of the pan, it could use a round or rectangular baking dish (please make the outskirts of pizza according creations or plain).
Brush the surface with baebeque sauce evenly, arrange the sliced beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes on it, and the last place the slices of mozzarella cheese.
Preheat oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, after the heat evenly fill the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
Remove the pizza from the oven and serve while hot to enjoy the sensation of melting cheese or still melted.
