Green Egg Balado
Ingridient :
8 eggs were boiled
1 bay leaf choice
1 stalk lemongrass that has been crushed
1 tomato or green with large size of about 50 grams, and cut into pieces
1 packet of chicken seasoning Royco
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon tamarind water, of a solution of ½ teaspoon tamarind chutney and 2 tablespoons water
100 ml cooking oil for sauteing
Coarsely ground spices are:
5 red onions choice
10 great green chilies or measuring approximately 150 gr
5 curly fresh green chilies
HOW TO COOK :
Saute coarsely ground seasoning, lemon grass and bay leaves until fragrant smell.
Further input green tomatoes and saute until wilted.
Add salt, egg, chicken Royco, and sugar, and stir until evenly distributed.
Add tamarind water and cook until absorbed.
