Recipe Anthill Cake

                                    Anthill Cake

INGREDIENTS :

200 g margarine / butter, melted
200 gr sugar
200 ml water
150-200 ml of sweetened condensed milk (depending on the desired level of sweetness)
100 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 eggs

HOW TO MAKE :

1. Heat the sugar until become caramel, give water, stirring until caramel dissolves. Refrigerate.
2. Beat eggs until slightly pale and frothy, enter the milk, beat until blended.
3. Add the flour, melted butter, mix well and enter caramel water and baking soda. Stir back.
4. Pour into baking pan that has been buttered and floured thin. Bake at 150 ° C until done (approximately 45 minutes)
5. Wait until completely cool before being cut.

NB: The dough before baking it looks liquid.
