Mini Potato Donuts
INGREDIENTS :
400 grams of high-protein wheat flour6 grams of yeast
50 grams of fine sugar
15 grams of milk powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
250 grams of steamed potatoes, mashed
1 egg
100 ml of ice water
35 grams of margarine
1 tea spoon of salt
100 grams of sugar donuts for sprinkling
HOW TO MAKE DONUTS MINI POTATOES:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, milk powder, and baking powder. Stir well. Add the potatoes. Stir well.Add egg and water ice a little while diuleni until smooth. Enter the margarine and salt. Knead until elastic. Let stand 15 minutes.
Dough. Weigh 20 grams each. Round it off. Let stand 10 minutes.
Flatten dough. Punch a hole through the middle. Let stand 35 minutes until puffed on a baking sheet that is sown flour.
Fried in solid oils that have been heated over medium heat until cooked.
Refrigerate. Enter into a plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Shake until mixed evenly.
