Recipe DONUTS BURGER

                                DONUTS BURGER

INGRIDIENT SKIN I:                                   

350 grams of high-protein wheat flour                             
5 gr instant yeast
35 g sugar
15 grams of milk powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg btr
1 egg yolk
165 ml of ice water
35 margarine
1 teaspoon salt
Solid oil for frying

COATING INGRIDIENT :

100 ml of water, for dyeing
75 grams of refined flour panir

INGRIDIENT CONTENTS :

150 grams of minced chicken
75 g ground beef
75 g flour smooth panir
75 ml of liquid milk
1 egg btr
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tsp sugar

SUPPLEMENTARY INGRIDIENT :

Selada100 leaves 23 grams of grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
50 grams of tomato sauce
50 grams of chilli sauce

HOW TO MAKE DONUTS BURGER:

1. Contents: Mix all the ingredients contents. Stir until smooth.
