STEAMED CHICKEN CHILI SAUCE
Ingredients Steamed Chicken Chilli Sauce :
4 chicken thighs, cut into 2
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
Chili sauce
4 red chilies, cut into 1/2 cm
3 cloves garlic, crushed
150 cc chicken broth
Enough oil for frying
1 tablespoon sago
4 tablespoons water
seasoning:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fish sauce
Salt, sugar to taste
Ingredients for the sauce:
Saute garlic, red chili, until fragrant. Give seasoning.
Give Broth . Cook boil.
