Recipe Spicy goat Satay

                         Spicy goat Satay


Ingredient :

400 gr mutton, cut into pieces
1 papaya leaves, washed
2 cm cinnamon
2 cardamom pods
1 piece deaf
3 point clove
2 bay leaves
2 lime leaves
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cm galangal, crushed
600 ml water

Oil for frying
Seasoning ingredients :
4 cloves garlic
8 red onions
3 red chilies
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
2 eggs hazelnut
2 cm turmeric, fuel
Soy sauce seasoning ingredients, mix well:
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 shallots, sliced
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 pieces of red pepper, thinly sliced

How to make spicy satay:

Mutton that has been cut into pieces, wrap with papaya leaves and squeeze squeezed until wilted, then set aside papaya leaves. Set aside.
Heat a little oil, then saute the ingredients that have been smoothed while incorporated with cardamom, cloves, ginger, anise, cinnamon, lime leaves and bay leaves, stir-fry until fragrant spices and ripe.
Enter the goat meat, and cook until it changes color. After that add salt, sugar and water, and cook until the meat was overcooked and the flavors mingle, lift.
Skewers of satay skewers on a jab and then grilled until golden and set aside.
Serve skewers with soy sauce.
