Recipe Porridge Peanut Madura

                          Porridge Peanut Madura

Ingredient :

250 gr green beans, soaked for 1 hour
150 gr sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
3 cm ginger, peeled and crushed
2 pieces of pandan leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 liter milk
1 liter water

Ingridient for black rice porridge :

200 g black rice, soak for 2 hours
1 liter water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pandan leaves

Complementary Ingridient porridge: 

200 ml thick coconut milk boiled with a little salt
50 grams of jackfruit, diced
5 pieces of white bread

How to make :

To make black rice porridge: black glutinous rice steamed for 20 minutes to bloom, then bring to a boil the water, then add the salt, pandan leaves and black sticky rice, stir stirring constantly until it becomes mush, remove and set aside.
To make porridge: cooking water to a boil, then add the ginger, pandan leaves and green beans, boiled until cooked green beans and a little crushed. Add the vanilla powder and coconut milk, stir and stir until cooked and fragrant.
To serve: prepare a serving dish and add the porridge, black glutinous rice porridge and complementary and serve.
