Mashed Potato
Ingridient :
1 kg potatoes, peeled, cleaned and then cut into pieces
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup warm milk
salt to taste
black pepper to taste (powder)
enough water
How to make mashed potatoes:
1. The first we did was boiled potatoes that have been cleaned and cut into pieces for approximately 30 minutes (1 hour) until tender. Remove and drain.
2. Then the potatoes while still hot, we puree with a spoon until smooth.
3. If the already delicate enter the warm liquid milk, butter, black pepper and salt. Stir stir until well blended. Serve.
