Recipe CAKE RING

                                     CAKE RING

INGREDIENTS :

250 gr rice flour
75 grams of coconut and a half old, coarse grated, roasted chocolate
100 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 grams of brown sugar
2 pieces of pandan leaves, conclude
150 ml water
Cooking oil for frying

HOW TO MAKE :

1. Boil sugar and water to a boil and dissolve, strain and pour into hot while rice flour and stir well.
2. Add the toasted coconut, sugar, and salt. Knead until dough is smooth.
3. Place in a container and cover with a damp cloth. Let stand overnight or for 8 hours at room temperature.
4. Form a small ring of 1 tablespoon of dough, fried in plenty of oil to float and mature brown. Remove and drain. Serve when cool.
